Pursuant to its mandate the Energy Regulatory Office
informs that it has undertaken all activities for revision of
electricity tariffs for year 2008. In a regular meeting the Board of ERO
will proceed with the decision of approval of tariffs.

2008 has adopted Retail Electricity Tariffs for regulated
customers to be implemented by KEK SH.A and Transmission Tariffs to be

first Chairman Dr. Nicholas Frydas will come to an end on the 9th
