Tenth (X) Session of ERO Board

Today, on 17 October 2023, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) held its tenth consecutive session for this year.

In this session, the Board decided on the approval of Maximum Allowed Revenues and the Tariff Structure for the Thermal Energy Tariffs of DH Termokos for the 2023/2024 season.

Second (II) Session of ERO Board

On 23 February 2023, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) held the second (II) session for this year.

Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) notifies all the interested parties that in line with the competencies and obligations stipulated in the Law on Energy Regulator, has published for Public Consultation on the official website of ERO www.ero-ks.org, the document related to the Principles on Determination of Distribution Use of System Tariffs and Connection Taxes.

Based on Article 27 of the Law on Energy Regulator, the Energy Regulatory Office has published the Report on Evaluation of Competition in Energy Sector in Kosovo 2020-2021.

Energy Regulatory Office invites all interested parties to submit their comment on this report within fifteen (15) days, by 29.03.2022, 16:00h at the latest.
