Clarification for the public regarding the reports about the blockage of the system for citizens' comments submission
In regard to some feedback from citizens reporting difficulties in submitting comments and blockages of the comment submission system in recent times, the Energy Regulatory Office would like to clarify that all comments submitted by citizens have been reviewed, and there has been no blockage in receiving them through the dedicated email address for comments.
The ERO assures citizens that every communication has been treated with seriousness and that all complaints and comments have been recorded in the institution's system without any interruptions. After conducting the necessary verifications, it has been confirmed that there have been no technical issues with the comment submission system. We assure all citizens and other stakeholders who have submitted comments that they will have the opportunity to receive a response regarding them.
The ERO remains committed to open and transparent communication with citizens and will continue to provide the opportunity for submitting comments and complaints.
