Public Hearing on the Concept Document of the Renewable Energy Support Mechanism
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), held today a consultation meeting on the Concept Document for the Renewable Energy Support Mechanism, which was open for public consultation from August 18 to 5 September 2025.
We inform you that on 05.09.2025, at 09:00, the ERO Board will hold its ninth session in 2025 with the following agenda:
ERO has published the Concept Document for the Rule on the Support Mechanism for Renewable Energy Sources and invites all stakeholders to provide their comments. The document, prepared by ERO and its advisors with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), presents the basic principles for drafting the rule and aims to ensure an open and inclusive public consultation process.
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has received today from the Commercial Court - Second Instance Chamber, the Decision regarding the security measure on the issue of the liberalization of the electricity market.
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) emphasizes that the electricity market opening process is fully in compliance with the applicable legislation, conducted transparently and impartially, while respecting all procedural and material standards.
