The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) informs the broad public that today, on 09.07.2025, it has received the decisions of the Basic Court in Pristina in two separate cases, which rejected the request for the imposition of a security measure against the Public Notice on the Liberalization of the Electricity Market, published by ERO on 12 March 2025.
Seventh Session of the ERO Board in 2025
On 12.06.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held the seventh (VII) session for 2025. In this session, the Board appointed the legal entity KEK as the Supplier of Last Resort for a period of six (6) months, from 31.07.2025 to 30.01.2026.

Representatives of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) participated in the Energy Forum in three important panels organized within the Energy Community Secretariat, where important topics related to the Electricity Integration Package, energy transition, and the coupling of electricity markets were discussed. In these sessions, ERO was represented by Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, Chairman of the ERO Board, and Mr. Gani Buçaj, Member of the ERO Board.
