    The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) is aware of the concerns of citizens expressed today through the protest near the ERO offices, related to the current tariff process. ERO respects the right of citizens to protest peacefully, as a right guaranteed by the legislation of the Republic of Kosovo.

    The Chairman of ERO Board participated in a meeting organized by Pro-Credit Bank regarding the electricity market liberalization process

    The Chairman of the ERO Board, Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, today, on 01.04.2025, participated in a meeting organized by Pro-Credit Bank, where representatives of businesses that are clients of this bank and other associates also participated.

    This discussion aimed to review the demands and challenges of businesses in the energy sector, in particular the energy market.

    Clarification for the public regarding the reports about the blockage of the system for citizens' comments submission

    In regard to some feedback from citizens reporting difficulties in submitting comments and blockages of the comment submission system in recent times, the Energy Regulatory Office would like to clarify that all comments submitted by citizens have been reviewed, and there has been no blockage in receiving them through the dedicated email address for comments.
