Tenth (X) Session of the ERO Board in 2025

On 07.11.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its tenth (X) session for the year 2025.

In this session, the Board reviewed and approved the applications for licensing the electricity supply activity for the companies “SWIS SOLAR PARK” LLC and “SOLAR NEO” LLC; the application for electricity trading of “ALFA COMPANY” LLC and the authorization for the construction of the generator for generation of electricity from solar photovoltaic panels for the legal entity “ERIS SOLAR” LLC. The requests of thirty (30) legal entities and forty-six (46) natural persons for obtaining authorization for self-consumption, with a total installed capacity of 2.6 MW, were also reviewed and approved.

Due to the failure of the tendering process for the selection of the Supplier of Last Resort, according to Article 40 of the Law on Electricity, the Board has decided to reopen the tendering procedure for the selection of the SoLR. During this session, the ERO Board also reviewed the Annual Electricity Balance.
