OPENING OF THE RE-TENDERING PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SUPPLIER OF LAST RESORT
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) hereby notifies all parties that it has announced the Re-tender for the selection of the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR).
The provision of the guaranteed electricity supply service, according to the laws in force, must be provided when a retail supplier goes bankrupt or is no longer licensed, or when an unregulated customer has failed to renew its contract or enter into a new supply contract. According to the Law on Electricity, the guaranteed supply is a service limited to a maximum period of sixty (60) days and is subject to prices determined in accordance with the Rule and Methodology on the Supplier of Last Resort.
The deadline for receipt of bids in the tender dossier is until 17.12.2025, 14:00.
ERO will hold a public opening of the tender at the address, St. Bekim Fehmiu (former Fazita building), 2nd floor, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, on 17.12.2025, at 14:30.
