The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) is aware of the concerns of citizens expressed today through the protest near the ERO offices, related to the current tariff process. ERO respects the right of citizens to protest peacefully, as a right guaranteed by the legislation of the Republic of Kosovo.
ERO is continuously committed to an open, fair and transparent process in reviewing every comment from citizens and interested parties, ensuring that every decision is made in accordance with the legislation in force. Therefore, we ask for the understanding of citizens not to hinder the exercise of ERO's duties, in line with its mandate.
