The Energy Regulatory Office notifies the broad public that the Supreme Court, through Judgement ARJ no.45/2022 has changed the Ruling of the Court of Appeals and the Ruling of the Basic Court in Pristina, and has rejected as ungrounded the claim-motion of the plaintiff, to postpone the execution of the Decision of the Energy Regulatory Office.

Through this Judgment of the Supreme Court, the decision of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office, taken on 8 February 2022, remains in force.

As we have emphasized before, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office throughout its work has correctly implemented the legal provisions in force and has exercised its functions independently.

The ERO Board reminds that the set prices are guaranteeing stability and security in the energy system, therefore reflecting the costs of the system. Protection of customers and the entire energy system are essential for systematic and long-term solutions.
