Fifth (V) Session of ERO Board

The Board of Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) today held the fifth (V) consecutive session for this year.
In this session, the Board decided to postpone for the next session the request for granting the authorization for construction of the solar park with an installed capacity of 150 MW for the company Solar Energy Group Evrope LLC, in Municipality of Gjakova.

The Board approved the request for issuance of the wholesale supply (trade) license of the company Eurosol&Energy LTD LLC, as well as refused the request of the company Bendcom Energy Point LLC for extension of the final authorization V_1211_2019.

During this session, the Board suspended the Rule No. 10/2017 on Support Schemes for Renewable Energy Sources Generators. Part of review from the Board were also some other issues related to the functioning of the sector and the Energy Regulatory Office.

All decisions of ERO Board will be published on the electronic website of ERO .
