Based on the legislation in force, all electricity customers, household and non-household customers are entitled to switch their supplier, respectively have the right to choose the supplier. Currently, in the Republic of Kosovo, eight suppliers are licensed by ERO.

ERO, based on the Law on Energy Regulator has also approved the Supplier Switching Rule which determines how a household or non-household customer who wants to switch his supplier can be transferred from the current supplier to a new supplier.

By switching the supplier, you can save money if the price of the new supplier is lower than the price you are currently paying. Before switching the supplier, please consider the financial offers of the new supplier, which may be offered to you regarding your expenses. In case you are not satisfied with the new supplier you can switch the supplier again.
