In recent days, there has been misinformation of the public regarding the Decision of the Basic Court to postpone the execution of the decision on retail electricity tariffs.

ERO, on 18 May 2022, received from the Court of Appeals the Decision through which the Court rejected the appeal of ERO and verified the Decision of the Basic Court to postpone the execution of the decision on retail electricity tariffs, approved by ERO, until the Court decides with a final court decision, regarding the plaintiff's lawsuit.

ERO, on 18 May 2022, has received from the Court of Appeals the Decision AA.no. 364/2022 through which the Court rejected the appeal of ERO and verified the Decision of the Basic Court to postpone the execution of the Decision on retail electricity tariffs, approved by ERO, until the Court decides with a final court decision, with respect to the plaintiff's lawsuit.

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Law on the Energy Regulator, we would like to inform you that the Energy Regulatory Office has published for comments the Amendment of the Rule on Licensing of Energy Activities in Kosovo.

All interested parties are invited to send their comments within a period of fifteen (15) days, until May 20, 2022, at 17: 00h.
