Twelfth (XII) Session of ERO Board

The Board of Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) in its twelfth (XII) session, held today on 01 December 2023, reviewed and approved the Maximum Allowed Revenues and Tariffs for the District Heating JSC for the heating season 2023/24. In this session, the Board approved the request for licensing of electricity wholesale supply (trade) activity of Yildirim Energy Europe Kosovo LLC.

Part of review from the Board were also the review of the criteria determined in the decision V_1748_2023, dated on 17 July 2023.

In this session, the Board reviewed some customer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the sector and the Energy Regulatory Office.
