Eighth (VIII) Session of ERO Board

ERO, on 18 May 2022, has received from the Court of Appeals the Decision AA.no. 364/2022 through which the Court rejected the appeal of ERO and verified the Decision of the Basic Court to postpone the execution of the Decision on retail electricity tariffs, approved by ERO, until the Court decides with a final court decision, with respect to the plaintiff's lawsuit.

As a result of this situation, ERO Board, on 20 May 2022, in the Extraordinary Session, issued a decision, which postpones the execution of Decision V_1489_2022, dated 08.02.2022, according to Decision AA.no.364/2022 of the Court of Appeal.
