The Chairman of the ERO Board, Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, yesterday, on 25 March 2025, participated in a constructive meeting with representatives of the Kosovo Business Alliance. This conversation aimed to review the demands and challenges of businesses in the energy sector, with a special emphasis on energy market liberalization process.
As part of the ongoing meetings with state institutions for the liberalization of the energy market, the Chairman of ERO Board, Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, held an important meeting yesterday with the Director of the Tax Administration of Kosovo, Mr. Ilir Murtezaj.

The meeting aimed to discuss business requirements and challenges in the energy sector, with a special focus on the energy market liberalization process.
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), in accordance with the legal obligations provided for in Article 37, paragraph 2 of the Law on Electricity, announces that it has continued the process of liberalizing the electricity market in the Republic of Kosovo. This process is part of ERO's commitment to developing the electricity market, increasing competition, and improving services to customers.
