The Chairman of the ERO Board participated in the meeting with representatives of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce

The Chairman of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office, Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, participated in a discussion with representatives of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce on 17 March 2025. The meeting aimed to discuss business requirements and challenges in the energy sector, with a special focus on the energy market liberalization process.

During this conversation, the Chairman of the Board of ERO emphasized the importance of liberalizing the energy market, seeing this process as a necessary step for increasing competition and providing better opportunities for customers and businesses. He pointed out that this process is vital for the long-term development of the energy sector in Kosovo and for creating a favourable environment for investments.

The Chairman of the Board listened attentively to the requests and concerns of the business representatives who were present at this meeting. The discussion was constructive and emphasized the importance of further cooperation between ERO and the private sector, with the aim of ensuring a sustainable, open and competitive energy market.
