Seventh (VIIth) Session of ERO Board in 2026

On 29.05.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its seventh (VII) session in 2026. In this session, the Board reviewed and approved the following documents: Annual Balance 2026 of Thermal Energy for DH Termokos JSC, Annual Balance 2026 of Thermal Energy for DH Gjakova JSC, Long-term Balance 2026-2036 of Thermal Energy for DH Termokos JSC and Long-term Balance 2026-2036 of Thermal Energy for DH Gjakova JSC.

Regarding the generation of energy from renewable energy sources, the Board has reviewed and approved the applications for the issuance of authorizations for the following legal entities: L&D Energy Solution LLC, Solaxy LLC, Sunnex Energy LLC, AKG Solar Kërrnine 1 LLC, AKG Solar Kërrnine 2 LLC, AKG Solar Veriq LLC, AKG Solar Tuqep LLC, Eco Park Group LLC. The total capacity of these projects from RES is around 285 MW.

The requests for the issuance of authorizations for self-consumption for four (4) legal entities and eleven (11) natural persons with a total installed capacity of 134kW have also been reviewed and approved.

Part of review from the Board were also other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
