Opening of the tender procedure for selection of the Supplier of Last Resort
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) notifies all parties that it has announced the Tender for the selection of the Supplier of Last Resort (SLR).
The provision of the guaranteed electricity supply service, according to the laws in force, must be provided when a retail supplier goes bankrupt or is no longer licensed, or when an unregulated customer has failed to renew its contract or enter into a new supply contract. According to the Law on Electricity, the Guaranteed Supply is a service limited to a maximum period of 60 days and is subject to prices determined in line with the Rule and Methodology on the Supplier of Last Resort.
The deadline for submission of offers is by 19.05.2025, 14:00h at the latest.
ERO will hold a public opening of the tender at the address, St. Bekim Fehmiu (Former Fazita Building), 2ndfloor, 10000, Pristina, Kosovo, on 19.05.2025, at 14:30h.
