Third Session of the ERO Board in 2025
On 11.04.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its third session for 2025. In this session, the ERO Board reviewed and approved the Maximum Allowed Revenues for licensed operators, as follows:
- KOSTT's initial request/proposal for Maximum Allowed Revenues for TSO/MO - was €101,878 million, while ERO approved these revenues in the amount of €88,198 million;
- KEDS' initial request/proposal for Maximum Allowed Revenues for DSO was €214,45 million, while ERO approved these revenues in the amount of €180,653 million;
- KESCO's initial request/proposal for the Maximum Allowed Revenues for the USS was €447,626 million, while ERO approved these revenues in the amount of €435,626 million, which includes the licensed operators DSO and TSO/MO.
The average tariff increase for all categories of customers based on the Maximum Allowed Revenues is around 16%.
Part of the Board's review were also customer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
