PRESS RELEASE
Fourth Session of ERO Board in 2025
On 16.04.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its fourth session for 2025. In this session, the ERO Board reviewed and approved the tariffs for the Transmission Use of System and Market, Distribution Use of System, as well as the tariffs for the Universal Service Supplier USS. These tariffs for tariff-regulated customers have been calculated and designed so that within the relevant year, the revenues expected to be collected from these tariffs will be equal to the Maximum Allowed Revenues approved by the Regulator, which reflect the linear increase in regulated tariffs of 16.1% for all categories of customers within the framework of the universal service. These tariffs will enter into force on 1 May 2025.
Block tariffs for household customers and day-night tariffs for all categories of customers will be used to promote efficient electricity consumption.
Part of review from the Board were also customer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
All decisions of the ERO Board will be published on the website www.ero-ks.org
