First (I) Session of ERO Board in 2026

On 02.02.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its first session (I) for in 2026.

In this session, the Board reviewed the request for determination of revenues and tariffs for the Nominated Electricity Market Operator (ALPEX) and decided that the tariffs for 2026 will remain the same as in the previous period.

After the finalization of the relevant tendering procedures, in accordance with legal obligations, the assignment of the obligation of the Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) was also approved through a special act. This obligation was assigned to the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) for a three-year period, respectively from 31.01.2026 to 30.01.2029.
