Second (IInd) Sesion of ERO Board in 2026

On 27.02.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its second session (II) for the year 2026.

In this session, the request for the appointment of the DSO Compliance Officer was reviewed and approved.

The requests of the legal entities MDYNAMIC SOLUTIONS LLC and ESHA ENERGY LLC - Project 1&2 for the issuance of authorizations for the generation of energy from renewable sources were also approved, and the application of Matkos Group LLC for the activity of generating electricity was reviewed and approved, after receiving the Court's Judgment. Regarding the requests for obtaining authorizations for self-consumption, the requests of 30 (thirty) natural persons and 32 (thirty-two) legal entities have been approved, with a total capacity of 2464 kW.

Part of the review by the Board were also customer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
