Twelfth (XII) Session of ERO Board

 

The Board of Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) in the twelfth consecutive session for this year, held today on 12 October 2022, reviewed and approved the Maximum Allowed Revenues and tariffs for the heating season 2022/2023 for the enterprise DH Termokos. According to the decision of the Board, the tariffs for the customers will remain the same for this heating season as well.
 

In this session, the Board approved the Ten-Year Development Plan (2023-2032) for the enterprise DH Gjakova, which aims to improve the thermal energy (heat) supply in the city of Gjakova and also to rehabilitate and modernize the existing district heating (thermal energy) system.
 

The Board approved the request for licensing of electricity supply activity of the company ETMT ENERGY LLC. and also approved 13 requests for granting the authorizations for construction of self-consumption generators, with a total installed capacity of 328.6 kW.
In this session, the Board reviewed the responses of the licensees KEDS and KESCO on ERO’s Monitoring Report. Following the review, the ERO Board decided to issue a notice through which it notifies KEDS and KESCO that they may respond in writing in relation to the violations found, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of this notice.

 

Part of the review from the Board were also some customer complaints as well as other issues related to the functioning of the sector as well as the Energy Regulatory Office.
