Notice on extension of the deadline for submission of comments

The Energy Regulatory Office, taking into consideration the interest of stakeholders to provide comments on the published reports for public consultation:

• Report on Maximum Allowed Revenues (MAR) of the Universal Service Supplier, Transmission System and Market Operator (KOSTT) and Distribution System Operator (DSO); and
• Consultation Report, which presents ERO’s position on restructuring the tariffs, required for fulfilling electricity purchase costs and to restore electricity supply to customers,

has decided to extend the deadline for submission of comments until 31 January 2022, 16:00h.

The parties who want to comment on ERO’s position are invited to submit their written comments at ero.pricing-tariffs@ero-ks.org
